2024-12-03 Bereits seit unserem Hauskauf im Jahr 2010 ist die Familie Nagel (rent@dream-vacation-florida.com, Home watch Cape Coral) mit allen Belangen rund um unser Haus beauftragt. Diese lange Zeit spricht ja wohl für sich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit unseres Hauses, die uns von unseren Mietern, die aus sämtlichen Teilen der Welt kommen, auch immer bestätigt wird. Zusätzlich fühlen sich unsere Mieter durch die sympathische Art von Frau Nagel schon beim Check-in direkt angenommen und Wert geschätzt. Bei allen Fragen wird schnell weitergeholfen. Für den Fall, dass doch einmal ein Screenfeld kaputtgeht, die Klimaanlage ausfällt oder einfach nur eine Frage auftaucht, Familie Nagel hilft immer schnell weiter und versucht anstehende Probleme so schnell wie möglich zu beseitigen. Gerade auch bei größeren Schwierigkeiten zahlt es sich aus, dass Werner Nagel, der für die technischen Fragen zuständig ist, immer mit den bekannten und bewährten Firmen zusammenarbeitet. Auch nach einem Hurrikane wie Ian waren unsere Schäden am Haus in relativ kurzer Zeit behoben. Was die Ausstattung des Hauses betrifft: Frau Nagel hätte auch Innenarchitektin werden können. Sie hat ein unglaubliches Händchen für die Deko im Haus. Chic und trotzdem zum Wohlfühlen. Wir können das Dream-Team der Familie Nagel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Zu der Familie Nagel gehört nämlich noch eine dritte Person, der Junior, Tarek Nagel. Er ist der Ansprechpartner, wenn das WLAN wieder nicht will oder die Sender des Fernsehers mal wieder nicht so wollen. 2024-08-13 Wir haben vor mehr als 2 Jahren Royal Invest / My-Dream-Vacation-Florida als unsere Hausverwaltung gewählt und haben diese Entscheidung bis heute nicht bereut. Wir wie auch unsere Gäste fühlen sich in unserer Villa Lupita sehr wohl. Dies gilt sowohl für den Zustand unseres Hauses als auch für die Betreuung unserer Gäste vor Ort. Reparaturen werden sofort durchgeführt, bei anstehenden größeren Reparaturen werden wir sofort davon in Kenntnis gesetzt. Brigitte achtet immer darauf, dass Handtücher, Geschirr etc. immer vollzählig und in gutem Zustand sind. Die Vorschläge von Brigitte für Dekorationen und Verbesserungen gefallen uns sehr gut. Hervorragend finden wir auch die umfassende Abrechnung unseres Hausverwaltungskontos, die wir immer pünktlich und übersichtlich erhalten. 2019-05-01 In 2010, we – Antje and Jens – chose Royal Invest, Inc. – Werner and Brigitte Nagel as our property management company. We have not regretted this decision to this day. Since our Villa Belloccia in Cape Coral has been looked after by Brigitte and Werner, everything has been going well. Our greatest interest is, among other things, the cleanliness of our villa. In telephone conversations with our guests/tenants, we are extremely positively surprised at how clean the villa is when it is handed over. Our guests are also enthusiastic about the correct and comprehensive briefing with protocol after arrival and on departure. Small repairs are done and fixed straight away, whether on Monday or on the weekend. If necessary, the Nagel's are always there. Communication with us in Berlin via email is also perfect - the deposit is billed immediately. In addition to the usual services, special requests from our guests/tenants or ourselves are always fulfilled to our absolute satisfaction.
