How often do you inspect my vacant home?
We perform inspections once per week. Reports with photos are only provided if we detect an issue during a visit.
What’s included in a Home Watch visit?
We perform an exterior and interior check: doors/windows, signs of intrusion or leaks, HVAC, humidity, plumbing, appliances, pool & lanai glance check, mail/package handling and visual landscaping status. Any issues are documented and communicated immediately.
Do you provide storm checks and emergency response?
Yes. Before and after severe weather we can secure outdoor areas, shut off utilities as agreed, and conduct post-storm inspections with photo documentation. In emergencies, we coordinate licensed vendors and keep you updated in real time.
