Homes Watch Service
Your property is important because it’s your vacation home and your investment.
All homeowners have concerns about their property when going away.
Our home's watch service assures that your home is visited and inspected at the time you wanted.
Our service prevents serious damage caused by utilities, appliance, roof, pool or pipe issues and insects or mildew.
Please remember: Insurance claims on your home may not be covered if the home is unoccupied for more than 30 days.
Monthly or be-weekly service Fee per visit, $60.00
Our homes watch service comprise
- Check the exterior of your home for general security and wind or water damage
- Check security system - if existing
- Check all doors, windows and sliders to insure they are locked and secure
- Run all faucets and flush toilets to eliminate stagnant water from lines
- Run dishwasher and garbage disposal to prevent seals drying out
- Check refrigerator, water heater, pool pumps and other appliances for normal operation
- Check indoor temperature and humidity for each A/C zone, A/C and humidistat monitoring
- Visual check for pests/insects
- Check ceilings for any evidence of water damage
- Check all cabinets, closets and accessible storage areas for dampness, mildew or insect infestations
- Check that pool and lawn are maintained
- Remove newspapers, flyers, phone books and other evidence of non-occupancy
Special Emergency Services
We understand emergencies / thunderstorms and would be happy to work with you to make sure we can meet your needs. Check your home before & after hurricanes/tropical storms

Additional monitoring services
Additional Monitoring Services
- Check all indoor and outdoor lights and replace light bulbs as necessary
- Meet and/or monitor service people
- Start, idle or run vehicle
- Change the A/C filter
- Check sprinkler system (clogged or mis-directed heads)
- Changing of smoke detector batteries
- Order annual A/C inspection
- Arrange for cleaning service
